UTILITIES AUDITING

CEMCO personnel know electric rates inside and out. But we don't limit ourselves. Water is an incredibly precious and expensive resource in New York City, and if you are being billed by the DEP for water usage, we can audit your bills in the same manner that we audit electric invoices... accurately.

Month to month and year to year usage evaluations, energy consumption cost increases, all deserve to be audited so you don't pay more than you need to.

SALES & USE TAX

Taxes.. one of only two certainties in life. You could pay it on the utility bill, but you really should pay only the owner's portion of the electric used in the building.
